iPhone photos are of the homemade meals we are served from Claude des Mezary, la dame chez qui j'habite. I will leave Paris claiming the best food is found coming from her kitchen.
Lunch betwen classes:
Jumbo pork burrito at Beans and Rice! Our beloved Mexican Restaurant
Courtney's paradise
South of France:
"Traditional Southern France Cuisine"
Carrot puff cream and pâtes:
Puff pastry with goat cheese, olives, and baked tomatoes:
Toast with pâtes, green salad with walnuts and duck meat:
Foi gras: duck liver (dark parts) and duck butter
The duck is over-fed to the point of obesity so the fatty/buttery flavor is present.
It is banned in many States in the US due to animal cruelty laws. The French "just don't think about it, its very good."
